He brings hands-on experience across the medtech and biotech landscape, managing teams on product strategy and commercialization for medical device companies, and developing go-to-market strategies for healthcare ventures. He pairs his commercial experience with the operational rigor and leadership instincts sharpened through earlier roles managing complex logistics and team coordination.
Ovaun previously served as Co-President of the Yale Biotech Club, where he expanded industry partnerships and launched programming connecting students to opportunities in biotech and pharma. He also led the pro bono consulting program at the Yale Graduate Consulting Club, overseeing student teams on real client engagements. He holds master's degrees from Yale University and New York University.
